We loved the newly decorated room style with the table and chairs instead of the sofa bed. The team were very friendly and helpful as is usual and the cleanliness and levels of maintenance were top notch as usual too. Location is great as it's just a 10 minute drive from Chester Zoo and a very short drive to the park and ride into Chester, which is only £2.50 per adult for a return ticket. The breakfast and evening meals are in the hotel now and pre booking at reception is essential. They've closed the adjacent pub, so if you're not as organised as you'd like to be regarding evening meals then do try The Cheshire Cat just 5 minutes drive away.
Staff were really kind and friendly, rooms newly refurbished so nice fresh and clean!
All good. Be careful to actually put premier inn in sat nav not just pay code or you get in wrong lane off main road. We did a20 minute trip to get back to where we should have been the first time and it is a tricky junction to navigate
Room was clean and tidy, but only a small portable heater in the room. The Social (food & drink area) was not very big. No bar area, all in bottles/cans in a fridge and served in small tumbler glasses. Meal was good.
We had a 3 night stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. A little tired in places. Easy place to stay to get out and about round Chester.
Out of town trip to relax. Location is pretty close to the town centre as you can see on Maps, 7/8 minutes by car. There is a Sainsbury's Petrol Station/Car Wash/Supermarket approx 2 mins walk away. Also a Lidl and a couple more shops.. The hotel itself seemed relatively clean and smell free. Ample free parking, at the time of writing. I did notice that as the day elapses there are less spaces, so the earlier you get there the better. Our room was clean, spacious and hot. I think there's under floor heating, so you will be cosy. Our room had everything we could need. TV, 8/9 plugs, Type C charging port, USB A Charging Port,Kettle, Towels and Complementary Tea & Coffee. The bathroom was clean and had nice lighting. Big mirror and plenty of body/face wash/Toilet Roll. The bed was comfy and even had a set of extra pillows, if needed. We were in room 95 which was near the end of the hotel and we were lucky it was relatively quiet. Nothing worse than going into a hotel to be next to or below some noisy people. I can't really fault it, especially for the price. I would fully recommend.
Staff were amazing, room was a good size and clean. Currently having work done so the reception is abit dusty. And there is abit of a wait on dinner I'm the evening, though food was lovely.
Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, though we were not offered the choice of continental, don't forget it is available. I wish PremInn would replace some baths with walk-in showers, much safer and better to use.
